Contractive (“we”, “us”) operates the website at contractive.app and the Contractive Core desktop app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info via Google Sign-In: your Google user ID, name, email, and avatar (as provided by Google OAuth scopes openid, email, and profile).
• Usage & device data: basic logs (e.g., pages visited, timestamps) necessary to operate and secure the service.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full payment card details. Stripe’s processing is governed by their own policy.

How we use data

• Authenticate you and maintain your session.
• Provide Pro access and the Contractive Core download.
• Operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run Contractive (e.g., Supabase for auth, Stripe for billing) under appropriate agreements.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard measures and trusted vendors (Supabase, Stripe). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Sign out or revoke access via your Google account settings.
• Request data deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us.
